By accessing or using kupia.io (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your use of this Site itself. Brand-specific terms govern your use of any product operated by a brand under Kupia Lab (such as KupiaSec); refer to that brand's site for its terms.

2. Entity disclosure

The Site is operated by Kupia Lab Enterprise, a business registered in Malaysia under the Akta Pendaftaran Perniagaan 1956, registration number 202503153070 (JR0178338-P).

3. Definitions

• “Kupia Lab”, “we”, “us”, “our” — refers to Kupia Lab Enterprise.
• “Brands” — independent product brands operated under Kupia Lab Enterprise, including KupiaSec and others.
• “You”, “user” — any person accessing the Site.

4. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site for redistribution.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Site.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kupia Lab Enterprise's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed MYR 100. Kupia Lab Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
