This Privacy Policy describes what information Kupia Lab Enterprise (“Kupia Lab”, “we”) collects through the Site at kupia.io, and how we use it.

What we collect

Kupia Lab's website itself collects very little. We currently collect only:

  • Standard server logs — IP address, user agent, and timestamp of each request, generated by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.

We do not, on this site, use:

  • Analytics SDKs or third-party tracking pixels.
  • Advertising cookies or remarketing tags.
  • Contact forms (we ask visitors to email us directly).

Brands operated under Kupia Lab Enterprise (such as KupiaSec) maintain their own privacy policies for their respective products.

Legal basis for processing

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and, for EU/EEA visitors, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our legal basis for processing server logs is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site.

Cookies

The Site does not set tracking cookies. The hosting platform (Vercel) may set strictly-necessary cookies required to deliver the Site reliably; these do not track you across sites.

Retention

Server logs are retained for 30 days, after which they are automatically purged.

Third parties

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosts the Site. Vercel processes server logs on our behalf. See Vercel's privacy policy for details on its handling of personal data.

We do not sell or share personal information with any other parties.

Your rights

Under PDPA and GDPR (where applicable), you have rights of access, correction, and erasure regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@kupia.io.

Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date of the most recent version is posted at the top of this page.
